Product Description
Our Tank strap (sometime referred as clamp) extrusions are available in two options. Closed and Open standard profile extrusions.
If our standard profiles are not a match, then we can create a bespoke extrusion profile for you with our machine tooling capabilities.
Rubber tank straps are used to reduce wear and tear between fuel tanks and the metal tank straps which hold them in place. The additional vibrations caused, and continuous use can drastically reduce the shelf life on your metal tank strap and fuel tank.
Not only does it provide protection, but also provides further support and reduces vibration. We have a range of different sizes to fit the metal strap into. The design incorporates two lips on either side so that they can be easily slip onto the metal tank straps.
Our non-reactive, stable materials are perfectly suited, but not limited to, the aerospace, automotive, marine and rail industries. Our prime materials include EPDM, Neoprene, Nitrile.
